Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
Most of our products are made to order, so each order is made in 1-3 business days and shipped immediately after! Please allow several days for shipping to update. However, if something doesn’t seem right please email us and we will check on your order!
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is based on weight, location, & speed. Shipping is calculated to try and give you the best rate possible, however I know how shipping can get out of hand sometimes. If something doesn't look right feel free to reach out and we will see what we can do. However, our system can usually find you the best rate possible automatically.
Do you offer local delivery?
We do! We are happy to offer local delivery within the surrounding Sonoma County areas, just click local delivery at check out!
Where can you ship?
We can ship just about anywhere, however shipping cost will be higher internationally (prices subject to change as shipping costs may change).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since we are still new & due to COVID for now we will only be offering exchanges on wearable products within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with an item or need to return it feel free to send us an email at email@example.com.
Exchanges are welcome as long as the item is still in new condition, tags attached and unworn.
If there is a problem with any of our products, we would be happy to replace it or give you store credit.
However, if an item arrives damaged or broken, we will issue you a refund.
